  1. Hoe kan ik artikelen retourneren?

    Ben je niet tevreden met (een deel van) de producten die je hebt besteld? Je mag retourneren binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst van je bestelling, op voorwaarde dat het product niet is gebruikt of beschadigd.

    • Nieuwe collectie mag GRATIS geretourneerd worden naar ons antwoordnummer.
    • Let op: het retourneren van afgeprijsde artikelen is voor eigen rekening. Indien je gebruik maakt van het antwoordnummer worden de retourkosten t.h.v. €6,50 ingehouden op de terugbetaling.
    • Voor beschadigde schoenendozen wordt een tarief van €5,- in rekening gebracht.
    • Amsterdam Selection is niet verantwoordelijk voor geretourneerde artikelen die verkeerd geleverd zijn of verloren zijn gegaan als gevolg van onjuiste verzend informatie verstrekt door de klant.

    Wij controleren ieder geretourneerd artikel op beschadigingen en gebruikssporen.
    Het aankoopbedrag zal worden terugbetaald via dezelfde betaalmethode die gebruikt is tijdens de aankoop. Je ontvangt een e-mail met een status update en een creditnota zodra de terugbetaling is gedaan. Afhankelijk van de gebruikte betaalmethode tijdens de aankoop, kan het tot 3 werkdagen duren voordat de je de terugbetaling op je bankrekening, creditdard of paypal account ontvangt.


    Wil je niet retourneren naar ons antwoordnummer?
    Binnen Nederland betaal je €3,90 voor een brievenbus pakket en €6,50 voor een pakket met track & trace code.

  1. How do I place an order?

    Did you find a product you love? Click on the button 

    Obviously you can continue shopping. You can always get back to your shopping cart by clicking on the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner.

    Please note: adding items to your shopping cart does not mean they are reserved for you. 

    Are you done shopping? Now it’s time to complete your order.

    • Click on the shopping cart icon at the upper right corner. 
    • Then click on proceed to checkout.
      Now you’re on the checkout page. Here you can easily fill in all your data on a single page.
    • Enter the address where you would like to receive your order
    • Choose your preferred shipping method
    • Select your prefered payment method
    • Apply a Coupon or Giftcard code if applicable
    • Next you'll need to agree with our Terms and Conditions
    • Finally click on the button place order

  2. How to ship to a different address?

    During the order proces:

    Uncheck the box use shipping address as invoice address and fill in the details of your prefered invoice address.

    Add a default and alternative address to you account:

    1. Click on my account at the upper right corner. 
    2. Now you're on the dashboard page of your account.
    3. If this is the first time you are adding an address to your account, this will be your default address. This address will be automatically used as both your billing and shipping address for future orders.
    4. Now you are able to add an alternative shipping or invoice address.

    You can add multiple additional addresses to your account.

  3. What are the shipping costs & transit times?

    PostNL shipping

    Your order will be delivered to you personally. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a PostNL track & trace code via e-mail. You will receive a message from PostNL with a link to track the shipment. They will also send an e-mail stating the day of delivery and the expected delivery time.

    The shipment can be tracked as soon as we have transferred the package to PostNL.

  4. What is the status of my order?

    Make sure you are logged in.

    1. Click on the my account icon at the upper right corner. 
    2. Now you're on the dashboard page of your account.
    3. Click on my orders in the menu on the left side. You will now see an overview of all orders you have placed.

  6. How to create an account?

    Click here to start creating an account. 

    Or click on the my account icon at the upper corner and click on create an account 

    Fill in your prefix, first name & last name.
    Fill in your main email address.
    Decide on signing up for the newsletter to receive updates on new added products & labels, special offers and colourful trends.

    Next enter a password and confirm to rule out any typo's.

    Click on submit to continue.
