Are you dissatisfied with (some of) the products you have received? You are allowed to return the item(s) within a fourteen (14) day period (counting from the date of reception), provided that the item has not been used or damaged.

  • Returning of new collections is FREE if you're shipping from the Netherlands
  • Please note that the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the product.
  • The purchase amount excluding shipping costs will be refunded to the customer via the same payment method used in the purchase. 
  • We charge a fee of €5,- for damaged shoe boxes. 
  • Amsterdam Selection is not responsible for returns delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Returned products will be processed within one week after delivery. We check every returned item for damage and traces of use. The purchase amount excluding shipping costs will be refunded to the customer via the same payment method used in the purchase. You will receive an e-mail with a status update as soon as the refund has been made. Dependent on the payment method used in the purchase, it can take up to several working days to receive the refund on you bank account.
